Esta decisi\u00f3n fue comunicada por el presidente de la instituci\u00f3n, Ignacio Astore, tras reunirse con los candidatos de la oposici\u00f3n, Cristian D\u2019Amico e Ignacio Boero, en el Complejo Jorge Griffa.<\/p>\n<p>La elecci\u00f3n final depender\u00e1 de la respuesta de Lucas Bernardi, aunque la prensa de Rosario ha informado que Astore ya hab\u00eda consultado previamente al ex volante del club, quien ya tuvo un paso como entrenador del primer equipo, y que su nombre se propuso con su consentimiento previo.<\/p>\n<p>Juan Manuel Medina, representante del sector opositor UNEM, confirm\u00f3 la unanimidad en el consenso para Bernardi. \u00abEl apoyo fue bastante claro, cuando surgi\u00f3 su nombre, recibimos el respaldo. Se debati\u00f3 sobre el fixture y los pr\u00f3ximos pasos a seguir\u00bb, declar\u00f3 a radio Rosario 3.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n entre la dirigencia y la oposici\u00f3n se llev\u00f3 a cabo bajo una notable tensi\u00f3n, que se intensific\u00f3 tras la salida de <strong>Cristian Fabbiani<\/strong>, luego de la derrota sufrida ante <strong>Argentinos Juniors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>El historial de Bernardi en Newell&#8217;s<\/h2>\n<p>Lucas Bernardi tuvo su primer ciclo como entrenador de <strong>Newell&#8217;s<\/strong> en 2016, obteniendo cinco victorias, cinco empates y ocho derrotas. Posteriormente, dirigi\u00f3 a equipos como <strong>Arsenal<\/strong>, <strong>Godoy Cruz<\/strong> y <strong>Belgrano<\/strong>.
