A a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial cobra uma d\u00edvida de R$ 3 milh\u00f5es, decorrente de um investimento que n\u00e3o gerou o retorno financeiro esperado pelo atleta.<\/p>\n<h2>Investimento e Acordo N\u00e3o Cumprido<\/h2>\n<p>Em 2018, Wellington investiu R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o nas empresas, com a expectativa de receber dividendos semestrais de R$ 270 mil e uma rentabilidade total de 108% sobre o valor investido ao final do contrato. No entanto, o acordo n\u00e3o foi honrado. Posteriormente, um novo acordo foi firmado para o pagamento da d\u00edvida, mas o cronograma de parcelas tamb\u00e9m foi descumprido. Com a adi\u00e7\u00e3o de multas e juros, o valor cobrado agora ascende a R$ 3,2 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tenho uma a\u00e7\u00e3o que vem se arrastando. E agora espero recuperar de alguma forma esse ativo que \u00e9 t\u00e3o importante para mim e para minha fam\u00edlia.&#8221;, completou.<\/p>\n<figure><figcaption>Wellington espera reaver valores investidos.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Vers\u00e3o de Minuzzi e Situa\u00e7\u00e3o da Empresa<\/h2>\n<p>Roberto Minuzzi reconheceu a d\u00edvida em contato com o ge, mas declarou que n\u00e3o pode divulgar valores devido a uma cl\u00e1usula de confidencialidade contratual. Ele afirmou que j\u00e1 efetuou parte do pagamento e que a pandemia de COVID-19 causou <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/liga-golfe-liv-prejuizos-reino-unido\/\">Preju\u00edzos<\/a> econ\u00f4micos que dificultaram o cumprimento dos acordos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O contrato diz que tem o direito e \u00e9 justo. Em nenhum momento eu disse que n\u00e3o tem. Tem, \u00e9 o direito e deve receber. Do meu lado, o direito de poder trabalhar para gerar receitas, fazer acordos e cumprir. Em nenhum momento houve falta de vontade, entendimento, desleixo ou \u2018cara, isso a pandemia fechou e a culpa n\u00e3o \u00e9 minha\u2019&#8221;, explicou Minuzzi.<\/p>\n<p>A K2, empresa em quest\u00e3o, encontra-se fechada e com um pedido de fal\u00eancia. Minuzzi e Kim buscam reverter a situa\u00e7\u00e3o para equacionar as contas e negociar com os credores. O advogado de Minuzzi, Felipe Carvalho, esclareceu que houve uma decis\u00e3o judicial que afastou a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de fraude ou crime falimentar, apesar de existirem contratos pendentes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;As quest\u00f5es s\u00e3o outras.
