Apesar da negativa, que tamb\u00e9m cancela o <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/vasco-fechou-emprestimo-80-milhoes-crefisa\/\">Empr\u00e9stimo<\/a> de R$ 650 milh\u00f5es, o americano continua no comando do Alvinegro at\u00e9 que seja realizada uma nova an\u00e1lise do processo com a Eagle Football.<\/p>\n<h2>An\u00e1lise Arbitral da FGV<\/h2>\n<p>A decis\u00e3o do juiz Marcelo Mondego de Carvalho Lima prev\u00ea que o processo seja analisado pela C\u00e2mara Arbitral da FGV (Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Get\u00falio Vargas). N\u00e3o h\u00e1 data prevista para tal. At\u00e9 l\u00e1, Textor segue no controle.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, h\u00e1 ressalvas. Pela decis\u00e3o, o americano n\u00e3o pode realizar novos atos societ\u00e1rios do <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/internacional-x-botafogo-vidente-preve-vencedor\/\">Botafogo<\/a> sem a presen\u00e7a de um representante da Eagle. O diretor independente da empresa at\u00e9 semana passada era Christopher Mallon, mas o advogado pediu demiss\u00e3o e ser\u00e1 substitu\u00eddo nos pr\u00f3ximos dias.<\/p>\n<p>Ficou decidido:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"content-unordered-list\">\n<li>a. a suspens\u00e3o dos efeitos dos da AGE de 17.7.2025 e da RCA de 17.7.2025 e de todos os seus atos subsequentes at\u00e9 a rean\u00e1lise da medida pelo competente Tribunal Arbitral, com expedi\u00e7\u00e3o de of\u00edcio \u00e0 JUCERJA para cumprimento e registro da decis\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>b. a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de novos atos societ\u00e1rios pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/botafogo-kaio-desfalque-inter\/\">Botafogo<\/a> sem a devida representa\u00e7\u00e3o da Eagle Bidco, na pessoa do Sr. Christopher Mallon ou de procurador por ele regularmente constitu\u00eddo, at\u00e9 a rean\u00e1lise da medida pelo competente Tribunal Arbitral;<\/li>\n<li>c. a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00e3o e o registro de quaisquer novas a\u00e7\u00f5es pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/joaquin-correa-botafogo-internacional\/\">Botafogo<\/a> at\u00e9 a rean\u00e1lise da medida pelo competente Tribunal Arbitral; e<\/li>\n<li>d. a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de contrata\u00e7\u00e3o, pelo <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/botafogo-pendurados-preocupam-classico-data-fifa\/\">Botafogo<\/a>, de forma direta ou indireta, com quaisquer empresas de John Charles Textor ou de pessoas, f\u00edsicas ou jur\u00eddicas, a ele relacionadas, at\u00e9 a rean\u00e1lise da medida pelo competente Tribunal Arbitral(&#8230;)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure><figcaption>John Textor na apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de Davide Ancelotti no Botafogo \u2014 Foto: Vitor Silva \/ Botafogo<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Pr\u00f3ximos Passos e Impasse<\/h2>\n<p>O juiz registrou que h\u00e1 &#8220;poss\u00edvel composi\u00e7\u00e3o amig\u00e1vel entre as partes e pronta solu\u00e7\u00e3o do conflito&#8221;. Textor j\u00e1 havia afirmado que n\u00e3o iria mais enviar os ativos do Alvinegro para a SAF nas Ilhas Cayman. Por outro lado, o executivo n\u00e3o permitiu que o diretor escolhido pela Eagle tivesse acesso a finan\u00e7as detalhadas do clube carioca.<\/p>\n<p>O impasse entre Textor e Eagle segue, mas a decis\u00e3o judicial mant\u00e9m o americano no comando do Botafogo.
