Fim do jejum de goleiros corintianos<\/h2>\n

Ser\u00e1 a primeira vez que um goleiro do Tim\u00e3o inicia um jogo do Brasil como titular desde Dida, em 2002. C\u00e1ssio, arqueiro com vasta hist\u00f3ria no Corinthians<\/a>, chegou a atuar por 45 minutos em um amistoso da Sele\u00e7\u00e3o contra o mesmo Jap\u00e3o, em 2017, mas entrou no decorrer do duelo no lugar de Alisson.<\/p>\n

Hugo Souza foi convocado tr\u00eas vezes e possui a confian\u00e7a do t\u00e9cnico. Em setembro, o treinador antecipou que o goleiro seria titular em alguma partida desta Data Fifa<\/a> e destacou sua personalidade.<\/p>\n

“Ent\u00e3o sim, \u00e9 algo que estamos pensando e avaliando. O Hugo \u00e9 verdade que \u00e9 um goleiro que gosta de p\u00eanaltis, ele tem a personalidade, car\u00e1ter. Ent\u00e3o acredito que no pr\u00f3ximo jogo, pensamos em dar um jogo a ele, para que ele possa se acostumar ao time”, disse o treinador.<\/p>\n

Jejum de jogadores do Corinthians na Sele\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

Al\u00e9m de igualar o feito de Dida, que defendeu o Corinthians no in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo, Hugo Souza pode interromper um jejum do clube alvinegro. O \u00faltimo jogador do Tim\u00e3o a entrar em campo pela Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira foi Yuri Alberto, em amistoso contra o Marrocos, em 2023.<\/p>\n

Naquela ocasi\u00e3o, o atacante, convocado pelo t\u00e9cnico interino, entrou nos \u00faltimos cinco minutos da derrota do Brasil para a sele\u00e7\u00e3o africana por 2 a 1.<\/p>\n
