O evento reuniu executivos de marcas como Mastercard, Amazon, Latam, Azul, Livelo e Cacau Show, que compartilharam suas experi\u00eancias e estrat\u00e9gias de sucesso. (Foto: Divulga\u00e7\u00e3o\/ABEMF)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Comportamento Geracional e Conex\u00e3o Digital<\/h2>\n<p>Navpreet Randhawa, vice-presidente s\u00eanior da Mastercard, destacou a import\u00e2ncia de entender o comportamento das diferentes gera\u00e7\u00f5es, especialmente a Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Z e os Millennials, que lideram a ades\u00e3o a clubes de vantagem. Ele ressaltou que a hiperconex\u00e3o exige estrat\u00e9gias <em>digital first<\/em> para uma conex\u00e3o forte com o cliente, e que a busca por dopamina atrav\u00e9s do consumo instant\u00e2neo \u00e9 uma tend\u00eancia crescente.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel Bicudo, vice-presidente comercial e de neg\u00f3cios da Azul, enfatizou que os programas de fidelidade devem ir al\u00e9m de benef\u00edcios tang\u00edveis, focando na experi\u00eancia do consumidor e no prop\u00f3sito da marca. Ele apontou a necessidade de acelerar a recorr\u00eancia, alinhando-se \u00e0s expectativas das novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es por trocas de experi\u00eancias e prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>Eduardo Leonidas, CEO da Stix, destacou a import\u00e2ncia da baixa fric\u00e7\u00e3o nos programas de fidelidade, integrando-os de forma natural ao dia a dia do consumidor sem gerar complexidade. Luiz Paveloski, diretor de neg\u00f3cios da Am\u00e9rica Latina na Comarch, explicou como a IA pode auxiliar na leitura e monitoramento do comportamento do cliente, utilizando m\u00e9tricas como CLV Prediction e Churn Scoring. A IA contribui com a estrat\u00e9gia de servi\u00e7os, personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do consumo e seguran\u00e7a de dados.<\/p>\n<p>A pesquisa da ABEMF revelou que recompensas personalizadas s\u00e3o a funcionalidade mais desejada baseada em IA (42,5%), seguidas por alertas de geolocaliza\u00e7\u00e3o (20,7%).
