O epis\u00f3dio teria acontecido em junho de 2023, em um clube privado nas Ilhas Can\u00e1rias, envolvendo o defensor e tr\u00eas ex-jogadores das categorias de <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/fred-tecnico-fortaleza\/\">Base<\/a> do <b>Real Madrid<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Embora n\u00e3o tenha participado da grava\u00e7\u00e3o, Asencio foi acusado de solicitar o v\u00eddeo e repass\u00e1-lo a outra pessoa. Segundo o C\u00f3digo Penal espanhol, essa conduta pode configurar crime contra a intimidade, mesmo sem envolvimento direto na filmagem.
