A rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a SAF<\/a> Botafogo<\/a><\/b> e a Eagle Football entrou em um novo cap\u00edtulo, com poss\u00edveis consequ\u00eancias decisivas. O presidente do clube associativo, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Magalh\u00e3es Lins, reuniu-se com representantes da Eagle, sinalizando um caminho sem John Textor<\/a> no comando do Alvinegro, que j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 unanimidade.<\/p>\n

Mudan\u00e7a de Posicionamento do Clube Associativo<\/h2>\n

O clube associativo det\u00e9m 10% das a\u00e7\u00f5es da SAF<\/a>, conforme acordo firmado em mar\u00e7o de 2022. A Eagle e a Ares acreditam que uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o do clube social a favor de uma mudan\u00e7a na diretoria seria suficiente para encerrar a disputa e afastar John Textor do Botafogo<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n

Embora Textor tenha afirmado que reuni\u00f5es da Eagle n\u00e3o acontecem sem sua presen\u00e7a, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Magalh\u00e3es Lins se encontrou com representantes da empresa sem o americano. Mesmo sendo o s\u00f3cio majorit\u00e1rio, Textor n\u00e3o participa das decis\u00f5es principais da companhia desde abril.<\/p>\n

Hist\u00f3rico de Tens\u00e3o e Precau\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

A atitude do presidente do Botafogo<\/a><\/b> representa uma reviravolta, j\u00e1 que em julho deste ano o clube associativo foi fundamental para conter um movimento de acionistas da Eagle que tentavam remover Textor. Na \u00e9poca, uma carta enviada por Magalh\u00e3es Lins alertou que tal remo\u00e7\u00e3o poderia gerar uma “rebeli\u00e3o” nos bastidores.<\/p>\n

Recentemente, a situa\u00e7\u00e3o mudou. Jo\u00e3o Paulo Magalh\u00e3es Lins se reuniu com representantes da Eagle e da Ares na Europa. O presidente esteve com Textor em Paris para a cerim\u00f4nia da Bola de Ouro e aproveitou a viagem para dialogar com acionistas da Eagle. Durante o encontro, o dirigente buscou informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre poss\u00edveis cen\u00e1rios financeiros e comerciais caso Textor se afastasse.<\/p>\n

Este movimento foi uma medida de precau\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que John Textor ainda n\u00e3o apresentou garantias financeiras para recomprar o clube da Eagle e suprir o caixa a curto prazo.<\/p>\n

Cr\u00edticas de Textor ao Clube Social<\/h2>\n

Em declara\u00e7\u00f5es recentes, John Textor fez cr\u00edticas p\u00fablicas ao clube social, reprovando a a\u00e7\u00e3o de conselheiros que convocaram o ex-presidente Durcesio Mello para depor e apresentar relat\u00f3rios financeiros sobre os anos de SAF.<\/p>\n

“Eu aceito as cr\u00edticas, mas n\u00e3o aceito o extremismo. O abuso ao Durcesio Mello (ex-presidente)… O clube social deveria deix\u00e1-lo em paz. Se ele n\u00e3o tivesse assinado os documentos que assinou, n\u00e3o ter\u00edamos criado um caminho para jogadores chegarem \u00e0 Europa. Almada, Luiz Henrique e Igor Jesus vieram por causa dos documentos que Durcesio assinou. Ele teve a vis\u00e3o da SAF e, se n\u00e3o tivesse feito isso, n\u00e3o ter\u00edamos a Libertadores. Se o clube social quer jogar isso fora, que seja, mas n\u00e3o quero esquecer o dia 30 de novembro, o melhor dia da maioria das nossas vidas”, declarou.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 importante ressaltar que qualquer altera\u00e7\u00e3o na SAF do Botafogo<\/b> requer a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do s\u00f3cio-minorit\u00e1rio, o clube social. Contudo, o associativo cobra da SAF o cumprimento do acordo de acionistas.<\/p>\n

Na semana passada, uma reuni\u00e3o do Conselho Deliberativo determinou que os membros fariam questionamentos \u00e0 SAF em diversas \u00e1reas: futebol, administrativa e financeira. O CEO Thairo Arruda deve comparecer \u00e0 assembleia no pr\u00f3ximo dia 14.<\/p>\n
