A proposta de transformar o Corinthians<\/a><\/b> em uma Sociedade An\u00f4nima do Futebol (SAF<\/a>) enfrenta um obst\u00e1culo significativo devido \u00e0 recente reforma do estatuto do clube. Os idealizadores da SAFiel<\/b> apresentaram a iniciativa no Museu do Futebol<\/a>, detalhando um modelo de gest\u00e3o que prev\u00ea participa\u00e7\u00e3o direta dos torcedores como acionistas.<\/p>\n

Proposta de SAF e Conflito Estatut\u00e1rio<\/h2>\n

O projeto da SAFiel<\/b> prop\u00f5e a cis\u00e3o entre o clube associativo e um novo CNPJ, onde os torcedores seriam acionistas. No entanto, o texto da Reforma<\/a> estatut\u00e1ria, apresentado por Romeu Tuma Jr., estabelece que 51% do capital social de uma futura SAF deve permanecer sob controle do clube associativo. Essa determina\u00e7\u00e3o gera preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o entre os proponentes da SAFiel<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Carlos Teixeira, um dos idealizadores, destacou que a exig\u00eancia de controle majorit\u00e1rio pelo clube associativo pode afastar potenciais investidores institucionais. Segundo ele, a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do comando associativo envia um sinal de desconfian\u00e7a ao mercado, dificultando a entrada de capital s\u00e9rio.<\/p>\n

– Na pr\u00e1tica, se o clube associativo quiser deter a maioria das a\u00e7\u00f5es, manda um sinal para o mercado de que quer continuar no comando. E isso, na nossa vis\u00e3o, afasta e dificulta a entrada de capital, pelo menos o capital mais s\u00e9rio e institucional. Ele n\u00e3o quer riscos, n\u00e9? Infelizmente, o clube associativo \u00e9 o maior respons\u00e1vel pela situa\u00e7\u00e3o ter chegado onde chegou. Dificilmente um investidor entraria nesse cen\u00e1rio, afinal de contas, n\u00e3o haveria uma mudan\u00e7a do eixo de controle da gest\u00e3o – explicou.<\/p>\n

Eduardo Salusse, outro membro do grupo SAFiel<\/b>, reconheceu que o estatuto do Corinthians<\/a><\/b> \u00e9 antigo e repleto de contradi\u00e7\u00f5es, mas minimizou as barreiras impostas. Ele ressaltou o poder da mobiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e do apoio dos torcedores para o avan\u00e7o da proposta, citando o exemplo do Cruzeiro<\/a>, que superou restri\u00e7\u00f5es semelhantes em assembleia para aprovar sua SAF.<\/p>\n

– O estatuto o Corinthians \u00e9 antigo, ruim, contradit\u00f3rio e cheio de lacunas, d\u00e1 margem a v\u00e1rias interpreta\u00e7\u00f5es. Eu sou de uma gera\u00e7\u00e3o em que vale mais o olho no olho do que o que est\u00e1 no estatuto. Se tiver vontade, pouco importa o estatuto. O Cruzeiro tinha uma restri\u00e7\u00e3o similar \u00e0 do Corinthians e se alterou na mesma assembleia em que se aprovou a SAF – concluiu.<\/p>\n
