Uma proposta de Reforma<\/a> do estatuto do Corinthians<\/a><\/b> visa estabelecer novas diretrizes para a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o clube e as torcidas organizadas, com foco especial na venda de Ingressos<\/a>. A medida busca aumentar a transpar\u00eancia e formalizar pr\u00e1ticas atuais.<\/p>\n

Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Transpar\u00eancia<\/h2>\n

O antetexto elaborado pela Comiss\u00e3o da Reforma do Estatuto, revisado pelo presidente do Conselho Deliberativo<\/a>, Romeu Tuma Jr., ser\u00e1 submetido \u00e0 delibera\u00e7\u00e3o dos conselheiros. A iniciativa re\u00fane sugest\u00f5es e visa aprimorar a liga\u00e7\u00e3o entre as organizadas e o clube, promovendo maior clareza.<\/p>\n

O documento inclui cinco pontos centrais: a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um plano de s\u00f3cio-torcedor espec\u00edfico para membros de torcidas organizadas, crit\u00e9rios de dupla adimpl\u00eancia, igualdade na pontua\u00e7\u00e3o, pagamento direto ao clube e a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o de Ingressos<\/a> f\u00edsicos. Espera-se que as altera\u00e7\u00f5es sejam apresentadas at\u00e9 o final de outubro.<\/p>\n

Plano de S\u00f3cio-Torcedor para Organizadas<\/h2>\n

Um plano de s\u00f3cio-torcedor exclusivo para membros de torcidas organizadas reconhecidas ser\u00e1 implementado na plataforma Fiel Torcedor, mediante contrato com o clube que autoriza o uso da marca. A mensalidade deste plano n\u00e3o poder\u00e1 ser inferior \u00e0 de menor valor dos torcedores comuns e poder\u00e1 contemplar \u00e1reas exclusivas na Neo Qu\u00edmica Arena<\/a>, respeitando os limites legais.<\/p>\n

Pelo menos 20% dos ingressos destinados a este plano dever\u00e3o ser reservados para membros de outros planos do programa e para torcedores comuns. Para ter acesso ao plano, os integrantes das torcidas organizadas precisar\u00e3o estar em dia com suas obriga\u00e7\u00f5es junto \u00e0 torcida e com a mensalidade do clube. Essas informa\u00e7\u00f5es ser\u00e3o fornecidas pelas organizadas \u00e0 plataforma de ingressos, permitindo a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o via API.<\/p>\n

Igualdade e Ingressos Digitais<\/h2>\n

Os s\u00f3cios das torcidas organizadas ter\u00e3o os mesmos crit\u00e9rios de pontua\u00e7\u00e3o e prioridade na compra de ingressos que os demais planos do programa, assegurando equidade no acesso aos benef\u00edcios. A aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o de todos os ingressos relacionados a este plano dever\u00e1 ser feita diretamente pelo s\u00f3cio na plataforma oficial do Corinthians<\/b>, sem intermedi\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n

A proposta tamb\u00e9m formaliza a ado\u00e7\u00e3o da biometria facial para acesso aos jogos, pr\u00e1tica j\u00e1 utilizada por algumas organizadas. Fica proibida a emiss\u00e3o de ingressos f\u00edsicos para qualquer partida do Corinthians<\/b>, em todas as modalidades e categorias. Todas as entradas ser\u00e3o digitais, com prefer\u00eancia para biometria facial. Qualquer exce\u00e7\u00e3o necessitar\u00e1 de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do CORI (Conselho de Orienta\u00e7\u00e3o) e posterior presta\u00e7\u00e3o de contas.<\/p>\n

O entendimento nos bastidores \u00e9 que a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o deste artigo no estatuto trar\u00e1 mais transpar\u00eancia na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o clube e as torcidas organizadas. A Gavi\u00f5es da Fiel, principal torcida organizada do clube, tamb\u00e9m apresentou suas reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es para a reforma do estatuto.<\/p>\n

Anteriormente, em julho, uma reportagem indicou d\u00edvidas de torcidas organizadas no programa Fiel Torcedor. Romeu Tuma Jr. determinou uma an\u00e1lise detalhada sobre essa rela\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
