A la liga<\/a><\/b> comunicou \u00e0 Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Futbolistas Espanh\u00f3is (AFE) que denunciar\u00e1 a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de 15 segundos realizada pelos jogadores no in\u00edcio da \u00faltima rodada. O presidente da AFE, David Aganzo, confirmou que a entidade patronal considera o ato uma greve ilegal e que o caso ser\u00e1 levado aos tribunais.<\/p>\n

Protesto Contra Jogo nos EUA<\/h2>\n

O protesto dos atletas foi uma manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o contra o projeto, posteriormente cancelado, de realizar uma partida da liga entre o Villarreal<\/a> e o Barcelona nos Estados Unidos. Segundo Aganzo, o presidente da La Liga, Javier Tebas, acusou os jogadores de realizarem uma greve ilegal, ao passo que a AFE se defende, afirmando ter sido apenas um gesto simb\u00f3lico.<\/p>\n

\u201cTebas dizia que fizemos uma greve e n\u00f3s fizemos simplesmente um gesto. Ele disse que se resolver\u00e1 nos tribunais\u201d, declarou Aganzo ap\u00f3s a reuni\u00e3o em Madrid<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Ordem do Dia e Reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h2>\n

A AFE apresentou cinco pontos na pauta do encontro, incluindo a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da ata da reuni\u00e3o anterior da Comiss\u00e3o Parit\u00e1ria de 5 de junho de 2025. Os t\u00f3picos abordavam a compet\u00eancia sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da partida nos Estados Unidos<\/a>, a promo\u00e7\u00e3o do paro de 15 segundos pelos jogadores sem o cumprimento das exig\u00eancias legais para greve, e as garantias de cumprimento de artigos do Convenio Colectivo e do Regulamento Geral da RFEF relacionados aos direitos trabalhistas dos futebolistas.<\/p>\n

Por outro lado, a la liga<\/a> incluiu dois pontos em sua pauta: discutir as compet\u00eancias de organiza\u00e7\u00e3o da partida e apresentar sua queixa formal, considerando o protesto como uma greve ilegal.<\/p>\n
