A LaLiga<\/a><\/b> informou ao Sindicato dos Jogadores de Futebol<\/a> (AFE) que ir\u00e1 apresentar uma den\u00fancia nos tribunais em resposta \u00e0 paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o de 15 segundos no in\u00edcio das partidas da Primeira Divis\u00e3o. A a\u00e7\u00e3o dos jogadores visava protestar contra a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de um jogo entre Villarreal<\/a><\/b> e Barcelona<\/a><\/b> em Miami, que acabou sendo cancelado oficialmente. A decis\u00e3o foi comunicada pelo presidente da LaLiga<\/a>, Javier Tebas, ao seu hom\u00f3logo na AFE, David Aganzo, durante um encontro realizado nesta quarta-feira.<\/p>\n

LaLiga avisa sobre “danos” da paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

Durante o fim de semana, a LaLiga<\/a> j\u00e1 havia advertido os jogadores que os “danos causados pelo protesto” seriam quantificados. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m alertou que a medida adotada pela AFE e pelos atletas poderia acarretar “consequ\u00eancias indesejadas”, tanto individual quanto coletivamente.<\/p>\n

Agora, a LaLiga tomou a iniciativa e levar\u00e1 o caso aos tribunais ordin\u00e1rios, considerando a paralisa\u00e7\u00e3o como uma “greve”. A AFE, por sua vez, nega a caracteriza\u00e7\u00e3o de greve, definindo a a\u00e7\u00e3o como um mero “gesto”. Javier Tebas reagiu afirmando: “Tenho muitas esperan\u00e7as de que um juiz decida”.<\/p>\n

O sindicato expressou total tranquilidade em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a esta medida da LaLiga, pois afirmam ter o gesto totalmente calculado e acreditam que n\u00e3o haver\u00e1 consequ\u00eancias legais.<\/p>\n

Reuni\u00e3o e detalhes sobre o plano de jogo em Miami<\/h2>\n

A reuni\u00e3o entre LaLiga e AFE durou pouco mais de duas horas. Durante o encontro, foram apresentados detalhes do plano de levar um jogo para Miami. Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a quest\u00f5es financeiras, a LaLiga declarou que o projeto era “deficit\u00e1rio” e n\u00e3o aprofundou as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho dos atletas, focando apenas em aspectos como o tipo de avi\u00e3o e hotel que seriam utilizados.<\/p>\n

David Aganzo: “Tebas reconheceu que poderia ter sido feito de outra forma”<\/h3>\n

Ap\u00f3s a reuni\u00e3o, David Aganzo concedeu entrevista aos jornalistas presentes. “Tebas disse que fizemos uma greve e n\u00f3s apenas um gesto. Ele deixou bastante claro que isso ser\u00e1 decidido nos tribunais”, declarou o presidente da AFE.<\/p>\n

Sobre a reuni\u00e3o com Tebas, Aganzo descreveu como “muito ilustrativa” e realizada com “respeito institucional”. “Nos deram informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a marca LaLiga e falamos sobre direito trabalhista. Dissemos que esta reuni\u00e3o deveria ter acontecido antes. Ele afirmou que fizemos uma greve e n\u00f3s apenas um gesto. Segundo ele, o protesto ser\u00e1 resolvido nos tribunais. N\u00e3o quis discutir muito mais”, acrescentou.<\/p>\n

Perguntado sobre a apar\u00eancia de Tebas, Aganzo comentou: “Mais magro. Ele parecia tranquilo. N\u00e3o surpreso, mas reconheceu que poderia ter sido feito de outra maneira. \u00c9 preciso conversar com todos e ter m\u00e1xima transpar\u00eancia. Voc\u00eas sabem como \u00e9 Javier (Tebas), ele luta pela sua marca LaLiga. N\u00f3s n\u00e3o somos contra, quanto melhor se sa\u00edrem, melhor ser\u00e1 para os jogadores”.<\/p>\n

A respeito da decis\u00e3o judicial, Aganzo reafirmou: “Deixou bastante claro que ser\u00e1 decidido l\u00e1”.<\/p>\n

Sobre um poss\u00edvel acordo, Aganzo mencionou: “Haver\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximas reuni\u00f5es e ele nos enviar\u00e1 informa\u00e7\u00f5es para discutirmos com nossos companheiros. Viemos para que as regras sejam cumpridas. Deve haver uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o institucional, cada um tem sua linha”.<\/p>\n

O presidente da AFE tamb\u00e9m comentou a aus\u00eancia do Conselho Superior de Desportos (CSD): “Sentimos falta deles. No dia 7 de outubro, o Parlamento Europeu deu o caminho a seguir e n\u00e3o obtivemos resposta”.<\/p>\n
