O CEO do Grupo City, Ferran Soriano, apresentou o projeto para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do novo CT do Bahia<\/a><\/b> na Via Metropolitana, um investimento que visa remodelar o futuro do clube e fomentar o esporte na regi\u00e3o. No entanto, os planos de expans\u00e3o do grupo n\u00e3o param por a\u00ed: Soriano revelou o interesse em participar da gest\u00e3o da Casa de Apostas Arena Fonte Nova<\/a><\/b>.<\/p>\n

“O Bahia<\/a><\/b> est\u00e1 contente na Arena Fonte Nova<\/a>. Temos um bom relacionamento com a empresa que gerencia e estamos bem. No futuro, o Bahia<\/a><\/b> quer participar da gest\u00e3o do Est\u00e1dio<\/a> e fazer investimentos. Estamos trabalhando nisso”, declarou Ferran Soriano durante uma reuni\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Soriano acrescentou que o grupo est\u00e1 trabalhando em conjunto com o governo estadual e outras autoridades para concretizar o interesse na gest\u00e3o do est\u00e1dio.<\/p>\n

Grupo City busca ampliar presen\u00e7a na Arena Fonte Nova<\/h2>\n

O contrato atual de Parceria P\u00fablico-Privada (PPP) da Arena Fonte Nova tem validade at\u00e9 31 de mar\u00e7o de 2028. A partir dessa data, o Grupo City<\/b> poder\u00e1 iniciar negocia\u00e7\u00f5es para assumir a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do est\u00e1dio.<\/p>\n

O governador Jer\u00f4nimo Rodrigues, que esteve presente no an\u00fancio do novo CT, j\u00e1 sinalizou apoio \u00e0 iniciativa. “Conversamos h\u00e1 pouco para organizar um grupo de trabalho, sentar com a Sudesb, com a Secretaria do Esporte, para a gente j\u00e1 pensar como \u00e9 o vencimento da Parceria P\u00fablico-Privada (PPP) que vai at\u00e9 o ano de 2028. Eu quero dar o conforto ao Esporte Clube Bahia, ao City, que o que eu puder deixar pronto para que essa negocia\u00e7\u00e3o seja tranquila”, afirmou Rodrigues.<\/p>\n

Atualmente, o Museu do Bahia<\/b> e uma loja oficial do clube funcionam dentro da estrutura da Arena Fonte Nova.<\/p>\n

Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Arena Fonte Nova<\/h2>\n

Inaugurada em 2013, a Arena Fonte Nova \u00e9 gerida por uma PPP entre o Governo do Estado e a Fonte Nova Neg\u00f3cios e Participa\u00e7\u00f5es. A reforma do est\u00e1dio teve um custo aproximado de R$ 690 milh\u00f5es, com o valor do contrato atual da PPP sendo de R$ 591.711.185,00.<\/p>\n
