O Futebol<\/a> \u00e9 um sonho coletivo, mas um caminho solit\u00e1rio. E foi justamente nesse espa\u00e7o entre o sonho e a realidade que nasceu o Gera\u00e7\u00e3o de Atletas (GA)<\/b>, um projeto idealizado por quatro ex-jogadores que viveram, na pele, as dificuldades de quem tenta chegar ao profissional sem estrutura, informa\u00e7\u00e3o ou suporte.<\/p>\n

\u2014 N\u00f3s quatro sonhamos em ser jogadores e quebramos a cara demais. Passamos por escolinhas, projetos e clubes menores, mas nunca tivemos acesso a uma estrutura de verdade \u2014 relembra Pedro<\/a> Silva<\/b>, ex-jogador e um dos idealizadores do projeto.<\/p>\n

\u2014 A gente enfrentou as mesmas barreiras que a maioria dos meninos enfrenta. Foi quando entendemos que, se o Futebol<\/a> n\u00e3o oferecia o suporte que precis\u00e1vamos, n\u00f3s poder\u00edamos cri\u00e1-lo \u2014 segue.<\/p>\n

Criado em 2019 e consolidado durante a pandemia, o projeto nasceu e foi aperfei\u00e7oado por quatro profissionais: Augusto Cunha<\/b>, Gustavo Cunha<\/b>, Pedro<\/a> Silva<\/b> e Renato<\/a> Fenasc<\/b>. A proposta era de democratizar o acesso a uma prepara\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsica<\/a> e mental de n\u00edvel Champions League<\/b>, oferecendo treinamentos de elite adaptados \u00e0 realidade de cada jogador.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O jogador de escolinha n\u00e3o encontra em outro lugar um treino t\u00e3o transformador por um pre\u00e7o t\u00e3o acess\u00edvel. \u00c9 o mesmo n\u00edvel que os profissionais de elite fazem, s\u00f3 que adequado \u00e0 idade e \u00e0 fase do atleta \u2014 explica Pedro.<\/p>\n

O crescimento foi natural, impulsionado pela demanda de jovens e fam\u00edlias em busca de algo al\u00e9m dos treinos convencionais. Agora, com a inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o do est\u00fadio presencial em S\u00e3o Paulo, o Gera\u00e7\u00e3o de Atletas inicia uma nova fase.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Somos um complemento extra-clube. N\u00e3o nascemos para ser time, categoria de base, nada disso. Nascemos para ser o bra\u00e7o direito do jogador. O futebol \u00e9 um funil cruel, e o nosso papel \u00e9 oferecer o diferencial que pode mudar a trajet\u00f3ria de quem sonha em chegar \u2014 comenta.<\/p>\n

Pilares da Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\n

Com base em m\u00e9todos cient\u00edficos e pr\u00e1ticas utilizadas por clubes e jogadores de elite, o GA trabalha os quatro pilares da performance (t\u00e9cnico, f\u00edsico, t\u00e1tico e mental) aliados \u00e0 forma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O futebol atual treina o atleta, mas abandona o homem. N\u00f3s acreditamos que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 em cuidar das duas coisas: corpo e personalidade. Porque o jogador passa, mas o homem fica \u2014 disse.<\/p>\n

O projeto tamb\u00e9m busca romper uma das maiores distor\u00e7\u00f5es da cultura esportiva brasileira: a ideia de que \u00e9 preciso escolher entre futebol e estudo.<\/p>\n

\u2014 A gente n\u00e3o v\u00ea futebol e educa\u00e7\u00e3o como duas coisas separadas. Queremos formar o ser humano por tr\u00e1s do jogador. N\u00e3o adianta jogar muito no campo e quebrar a bola na vida \u2014 afirma Pedro.<\/p>\n

O prop\u00f3sito \u00e9 ambicioso, mas claro: transformar o mundo por meio do futebol.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O esporte \u00e9 um caminho profissional para alguns, mas, se usado da forma certa, pode ser um caminho de forma\u00e7\u00e3o pessoal para todos \u2014 resume o idealizador.<\/p>\n

Com mentores que atuam em clubes da S\u00e9rie A<\/b>, Sele\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira<\/b> e futebol europeu, o Gera\u00e7\u00e3o de Atletas oferece um acompanhamento individualizado e de alto n\u00edvel, com foco na longevidade da carreira e no equil\u00edbrio emocional.<\/p>\n

\u2014 O futebol de elite \u00e9 feito de detalhes, e n\u00f3s existimos para olhar o detalhe do detalhe. Para que cada atleta possa entregar o seu melhor, no campo e fora dele \u2014 destaca.<\/p>\n

Jogadores Revelados pelo Projeto<\/h2>\n

J\u00e1 foram mais de 10.000 jogadores atendidos nos \u00faltimos anos com destaque para jogadores como Dieguinho<\/b>, hoje jogador profissional do Corinthians<\/b>; Antonio Xavier<\/b>, jogador que saiu da v\u00e1rzea no Maranh\u00e3o aos 19 anos e que hoje joga na Coreia do Sul; Guilherme Campos<\/b>, atual jogador do sub-17 do Cruzeiro<\/b>; Luiz Antonio<\/b>, atual jogador sub-17 do Corinthians; e Aytor Reis<\/b>, jogador com passagem pelo Rayo Vallecano da Espanha.<\/p>\n

\u2014 Nosso objetivo \u00e9 oferecer o que n\u00f3s n\u00e3o tivemos l\u00e1 atr\u00e1s: um caminho claro, humano e profissional, para que cada jogador possa chegar o mais longe poss\u00edvel, dentro e fora do campo \u2014 finaliza.<\/p>\n
