O incidente ocorreu em 19 de julho, no Morumbi, quando a torcida s\u00e3o-paulina cantou m\u00fasicas com teor discriminat\u00f3rio durante o <a href=\"https:\/\/thesport.news\/br\/rigoni-expulso-desfalca-sao-paulo-palmeiras\/\">Cl\u00e1ssico<\/a> Majestoso.<\/p>\n<p>A letra da m\u00fasica inclu\u00eda refer\u00eancias a jogadores e personalidades, gerando a den\u00fancia da Procuradoria ao S\u00e3o Paulo por infra\u00e7\u00e3o ao artigo 243-G do CBJD, que trata de atos discriminat\u00f3rios. Ele citou que <b>Corinthians<\/b> e <b>Palmeiras<\/b> j\u00e1 haviam sofrido puni\u00e7\u00f5es semelhantes no mesmo ano.<\/p>\n<p>A defesa do <b>S\u00e3o Paulo<\/b>, representada por Pedro Moreria e Felipe Carvalho, repudiou a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o. Argumentaram que n\u00e3o havia provas que vinculassem os v\u00eddeos \u00e0 partida em quest\u00e3o, questionando a origem e a autenticidade do material devido \u00e0 era da intelig\u00eancia artificial. A defesa tamb\u00e9m lembrou que o \u00e1rbitro da partida, Anderson Daronco, afirmou n\u00e3o ter ouvido os c\u00e2nticos. Com base nisso, solicitaram a in\u00e9pcia da den\u00fancia e o afastamento do pedido de perda de mando, ressaltando que o clube \u00e9 prim\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<h2>Julgamento adiado para nova sess\u00e3o<\/h2>\n<p>Ap\u00f3s a an\u00e1lise das sustenta\u00e7\u00f5es, a Comiss\u00e3o decidiu adiar o julgamento. A Segunda Comiss\u00e3o do STJD aguardar\u00e1 as informa\u00e7\u00f5es complementares a serem obtidas junto ao <b>Corinthians<\/b>.
