Segundo informa\u00e7\u00f5es veiculadas, os fundos utilizados por Vorcaro estariam sob investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a> por supostas conex\u00f5es com o Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC).<\/p>\n

De acordo com uma reportagem publicada, Daniel Vorcaro, investidor que adquiriu 26,9% da Galo<\/a> Holding S.A., utilizou o Galo Forte FIP para realizar seus aportes. Essa estrutura de fundos, conhecida como \u201cfundo sobre fundo\u201d, \u00e9 similar \u00e0 configura\u00e7\u00e3o investigada em opera\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, como a Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Carbono Oculto.<\/p>\n

Os dados registrados na Comiss\u00e3o de Valores Mobili\u00e1rios (CVM) confirmam os valores divulgados pelo Atl\u00e9tico-MG<\/a><\/b>. O comunicado prossegue: \u201cA Trustee Distribuidora de T\u00edtulos e Valores Mobili\u00e1rios LTDA \u00e9 uma empresa igualmente registrada perante a CVM.
